You possess a high aptitude for what you do. It’s just that…you’re fed up with conventional thinking. You loathe the status quo. And you want to get to that next level. The one where . And where nutella is made of pie.
To get to this beautiful place, you’ll need to recreate yourself – to become the better version of you. You can do this by using your energy to change and evolve into something else â something amazing that you’d love to bring about in some form. Here are some ideas for the top 10 ways to recreate yourself:
1. Be more human
There’s lots of technology today. But you’ll need to find the human in the technology. Because emotion is what we exchange – not the technology itself. And the emotional reality of what you’re living right now is how you align your thoughts, and how you feel the invincibility of being human.
Be more human by cutting to your core. Educate and evolve yourself to communicate with clarity. With simplicity. And with Grace.
2. Get Guts
One of the many things that gives me guts is Tyler Durden. Unfortunately, it did not come in the form of Brad Pitt. But rather Brad Pitt’s character in The Fight Club, which is nothing about fighting. And everything about the next phase of humanity.
Here is the quote:
“Youâre not your job. Youâre not how much money you have in the bank. Youâre not the car you drive. Youâre not the contents of your wallet. Youâre not your fucking khakis.â
Are you defined by the stuff you own?
Donât let the stuff you own start to own you to the point that you canât live the life you want to live and do the things you want to do.
Get gutsy. Go deeper. Continue to evolve what you know to be true. Think of it like carving your life with a knife – it cuts and pierces, but also refines and reshapes your reality.
3. Write
âI believe one writes because one has to create a world in which one can live. I could not live in any of the worlds offered to me – the world of my parents, the world of war, the world of politics. I had to create a world of my own, like a climate, a country, an atmosphere in which I could breathe, reign, and recreate myself when destroyed by living.â – Anais Nin
This…THIS quote by Anais Nin is precisely why I write. Writing will manifest differently for you, based on how you carve out your personal preferences.
Writing is a pathway to open, to vibrate higher. And it’s from this higher vibration where your recreation resides.
4. Live the curious life
“Curiosity is the lust of the mind.” – Thomas Hobbes
Curiosity is what sparks the hunger to learn.
The desire to discern the truth.
And the lust for information…
5. Lust for information
Lust for information. This sparks a new frequency. This frequency is filled with light that illuminates love, in all of its forms.
This new, heart-centered economy fuses these concepts in their incandescent, in-the-flesh forms.
And these are the pieces that make humanity evolve.
6. Embody the truest expression of you
It doesn’t matter whether you do this through music, painting, meditation, or being in nature. Simply find a way to channel the truest expression of you. Embody your expression in some sort of passionate art form (make it mind-blowingly passionate while you’re at it!) This passionate art form takes on new energies, which leads to the newer, better version of you.
7. Grace.
Grace is what gives you Divine influence. This sacred revelation allows humanity to regenerate. It removes old layers of thought. It’s where you can live your Truth, through the sophistication of your soul over time.
Grace inspires virtuosity. Â And any non-virtuous impulses you may have transcends through transparency.
8. Intuition
Intuition allows you to embrace uncertainty. Plunge into invention. Listen, explore, and evolve to live out of your illusions…
9. Make nature your jam
When you don’t know what your dream life looks like anymore, look to nature. Nature is what helps me, but for you it may be the city – or something else. I love sweating on a regular basis – running on the beach, biking, or doing yoga keeps me grounded. Even if it’s just as simple as taking my dog out for a walk by the ocean, it helps me to feel more alive and guides me to get in touch with pure life force.
10. Be uniquely you
“Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken.” – Oscar Wilde
Don’t just be yourself. Learn about yourself.
Play at your edges. Mold your life like a sculptor.
Make your wonder as strong as your reality…
So that you can wander into your wild, white truth.
